Contract

Contract employees are much the same as "temporary" employees although their assignments are typically longer, with many as long as months or years. Such contingency employees might be needed due to an increase in workload; to replace personnel on leave; to circumvent a hiring freeze; for special projects; to supplement internal recruiting efforts. Our highly qualified recruiters pre-screen all contract personnel to insure you get the most reliable and qualified help.

Contract to Hire

This "try before you buy" service works exactly like our regular contract services, but with an agreement to transition your Parasync employee to your payroll at an agreed upon time and fee. Typically, the terms of such a transaction will include a stipulation that the employee remain on Parasync payroll for a certain number of hours, weeks or months coupled with a buyout, sometimes referred to as a "liquidation fee". The longer the contractor's tenure with us, the less the conversion fee will be. At any rate, it will be much less than a standard employment
